How do the Laybuy Plans work?
Full payment are required to be paid before the products & prints included in your chosen package are ordered, if you are on a payment plan as agreed upon by your photographer all products and prints will be ordered upon receiving the last payment on your packages payment plan.
This means you can pay however much you can for as quickly or long as 12 months.
This does not apply to Afterpay & Zippay payment methods.
Choosing Quality over Quantity.
and, and their style because it will mean you will truly love the outcome of your images. I have had many clients explain their pain, as they have chosen price over quality and they were disappointed to even show them off. There is no re-doing those first few weeks of your baby being a newborn.
Can I purchase extra Images individually?
Yes of course our additional images for all our sessions are $49.99 per individual image but there are also bundles available the more you buy the more you save, this is the digital file and a signature black & white copy.
How much do families invest?
I tell all the lovely families I get to meet along my photography journey that it depends what you are wanting from your session. To give you a rough guide our families usually invest $1,500-$3,000 to have beautifully edited images and stunning wall display prints.
Feel free to fill out a form and see what is included within our packages or feel free to give me a call to discuss it further.
When should I book a Newborn Session
It's super important to book early. I suggest at the end of your 2nd trimester, as I only take on a limited amount of bookings per month so unfortunately once I am booked out, I can't take on further sessions due to having 3 little monkeys of my own and also another one on the way who still need their mumma.
If your situation is urgent in booking a last minute Maternity /Newborn let me know and I will do my best to accommodate something for you.
Do you give RAW files?
Firstly RAW files are not an image file, they are formatted in a way only professionals can open them. Long answer short. NO - Giving RAW files is not a true representation of my work. And as these files are incomplete. I do not under any circumstances provide or sell any RAW files and if I did they would be $500 per image....
Is the 50% deposit refundable?
Due to taking on only a limited amount of sessions, securing your spot is very important, as I turn away families that may have the same or close due dates to ensure your session gets photographed.
For this reason, the studio session fees are paid to hold and secure your date or as I call it our Studio Session Booking Fee of 50% which is strictly non-refundable.
Where are you located?
My studio is conveniently located at 326 Elizabeth Street, just 2 minutes from the Hobart CBD. Mums and dads usually get a little bit of a rest, which is well deserved. (Shhhhh… between you and me, some have even fallen asleep whilst I am doing the session!)
Can I retrieve an old gallery?
Yes of course we are happy to find your beautiful images and reupload them for you and your family to enjoy.
Galleries over 3 months old will be required to pay a $125 fee for full sessions or $59 for mini sessions to locate the files through our database, extract the files and re-upload them to the online gallery for your access.
